Overview

Please be aware that for the sake of simplicity, this guide covers a single Zone FiFo install.

Although this is supported and is acceptable for a private server, testing and evaluating FiFo - in a real-world production cloud environment you should deploy in a sensible manner that ensures high availability and data integrity that matches your use case.

It is recommended that you deploy across at least 5 physically separate zones.

FiFo uses LeoFS for storage and requires a minimum of 2 dedicated LeoFS zones. It is recommended that you setup LeoFS first, so that your storage is ready and available for the FiFo zone installation steps.
